Who am i?

I've always loved wowing people and seeing their reaction after I have created a fabulous cake that is to be the focal point for their wedding, party or celebration. Since University I've always baked for family and friends and loved doing so. Demand for my cakes kept on growing to the point that back in 2015 I took the jump and left my job in Science to start full-time on my own and I've never looked back!

At Cakes by Cullen I am passionate about what goes into my cakes. All my products are baked fresh in my kitchen and as close to your collection date as possible to ensure they don't only look great, but taste great as well. I'm very proud to be able to say all of my homemade buttercream and ganache's use only free range eggs and Scottish butter.
